The Problem

You do not need another random serum.

Most melasma routines fall apart because there is no order, no timing, and no way to track what your skin tolerates.

Fade Theory gives you a simple structure: what happens in the morning, what happens at night, when to protect, when to slow down, and what to write down before changing products again.

The System

Melasma needs a system, not another random serum.

Melasma needs structure. Fade Theory turns the routine into four repeatable moves: inhibit, renew, shield, and track.

01

Inhibit

Pigment-focused steps in a clear order — instead of stacking random products.

02

Renew

Rotate exfoliating and renewing steps at a pace your barrier can tolerate.

03

Shield

Make daily SPF and reapplication the non-negotiable protection layer.

04

Track

Write it down so consistency, irritation, and product changes stay visible.

Who it's for

This kit is for you if…

  • You keep buying products but still do not know what order to use them in.
  • You start routines, then stop because they become too complicated.
  • You know SPF matters, but you need a way to stay consistent.
  • You want a printable routine map instead of another scattered list of product advice.
  • You want structure, not miracle claims.
Honest limits

This is not a cure or prescription plan.

Fade Theory is educational and based on Silvia's personal routine experience. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise to erase melasma.

  • Not for someone looking for a guaranteed result.
  • Not a replacement for dermatology care.
  • Not instructions for prescription medications.

If you are pregnant, nursing, using prescriptions, or dealing with irritation, check with a dermatologist or clinician before changing your routine.

Silvia, founder of Fade Theory
About Silvia

I've managed my melasma for 18 years. This is the map I wish I had.

I live in Florida, I love the beach, and I have had melasma for about 18 years. That means I have had to learn how to protect my skin every day — not just when I remember.

I tried expensive treatments, clinic visits, and products that promised too much. What finally helped me stay consistent was not one miracle product. It was order, timing, mineral SPF I would actually reapply, and tracking what my skin could tolerate.

When I could not find a simple routine map, I built one.

Fade Theory does not promise to cure melasma. It helps you organize the routine, protect your skin, and stop guessing.

A free printable SPF and consistency tracker to help you build the habit before upgrading to the full system. Use it to check your AM routine, daytime reapplication, and PM reset — without changing everything at once.

  • AM: prepare and protect.
  • Daytime: notice when to reapply.
  • PM: cleanse, calm, and record.

A habit-builder, not the full routine. The complete worksheet lives in the Complete Melasma Kit.
